Wow I cleared the sand out of my frogs’ tank on Sunday night and they’re already looking better

Just using a porous sandstone decoration as the biologically active base for the tank now. Loads of surface area even compared to the sand and it isn’t obstructing the frogs’ guts because it’s bigger than they are. Win-win.

They’re getting bigger, and they’re gonna need a proper five to ten gallon aquarium and bigger food soon. Five would fit on my desk better but ten gallons is big enough for space to culture live guppies for them. Hm.
